3 Block Dinner

Green beans & broccoli = .5 block
Sweet Potato mix (grated sweet potato, pumpkin & zucchini) = 2 block
Red pepper = .5 block
Squeeze of Sirachi
Lamb loin chop = 3 block pro *
1/2 avo = 3 block fat.

Probably shouldn’t but there is a squeeze of Sirachi going on there pretty low in sugar though. I like the spice

*Editors note: The PRO is under-measured here due to the bone and fat on the meat. It probably should be 1.5 to 2 lamb chops to make 3 blocks
