5 eggs – 5 PRO
120g diced ham – 4 PRO
120 grated cheese – 4 PRO
1/2 cup milk – 0.5 PRO
1/2 cup diced onion
Halved cherry tomatoes
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Brown onion and ham, spoon into muffin tray and let cool. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Whisk milk and egg together, pour over ham, onion, cheese. Sit half a cherry tomato on top. Cook for 20-30 min till brown/mixture stops bubbling. Makes 9.
