4 Block Dinner

I got home a bit early today so I gave this a crack probably took 25 mins start to finish

Sprinkle of Mexican seasoning
60g lettuce
40g spinach
50g capsicum
50g cucumber counted all these as 1 cho
64g rice 2 cho
35g black beans 1/2 cho
50g sweet corn 1/2 cho
4 oz chicken breast 4 pro
23g flaked almonds 4 fat
A sprinkle of Mexican seasoning, salt, pepper and olive oil over the chicken breast and capsicums. Put it in the oven at 200 deg for 20 mins. Toasted the almonds in the frying pan dry, left them in a bit too long but other than that success
