This website is a living recipe book driven by the healthy eating choices of the CrossFit Brisbane community. All entries are real life examples of how easy and enjoyable it can be to eat quality food in appropriate portion sizes.

We have curated these meals into one location to provide a resource for our CrossFit community.┬áThe most common question we get is “What should I eat?” … the easiest way to answer that question is to show you the meals of our healthiest people at the gym. We believe that it makes sense to eat the way that healthy lean people eat. So, eat anything from this site and you are well on your way to sorting out your nutrition.
